As a photographer, and to be surrounded by other amazing photographers...being tapped on the shoulder, to say, come with me, let me show you my culture, let me show you my family, let me show you my song and dance, is a blessing...As I knew about this Holiday, I was very excited to go, and didn't know what to expect.  I met with the NYPD and they estimated due to the weather, 50,000 were in attendance.....I met beautiful families and heard amazing stories, and had so much fun, my stomach hurt from laughing so much.  I was covered in chalk and soaking wet later on--after being attacked by 6 year olds from this awesome family.  I let them have fun with me, I couldn't resist.  Thank you so much for connecting with me, and letting me in to meet your families, your friends, and truly appreciating this beautiful Holiday.
